Rekult has joined forces with other cultural operators from the Adriatic sea region and conducted a mapping research on Italian independent cultural organisations for the project Adriatic Euroregion in Focus of the Labforculture.

The Adriatic Sea represents metaphorically the approach to this Region in focus. The sea could be seen as a dividing feature, but on the contrary, it is a bridge, a place for ideas, styles and creativity to flow, circulate and mix together. Its waters are a symbol of regeneration and stimulating interactions.

The overall Adriatic Euroregion in focus approach aims to offer a regional picture of cultural and artistic independent organisations, initiatives and operators that are truly active in transnational cooperation in the region and across Europe…. (extract)
